Is holiday letting allowed at Leeward Tower?
No. Leeward Tower is strictly residential, so neighbours are owners and long-term residents, not short-stay guests.
How big are the apartments?
Two-bedroom residences are about 161 m², three-bedroom or family-room residences about 198 m², and the penthouses close to 550 m².
Is there secure parking?
Yes. Parking is in a secure underground car park, and most residences also have a lockable storage cage.
Who manages the building?
